Sticks'n'Sushi

East meets West

The Sticks’n’Sushi restaurant in the Tivoli Corner building in Copenhagen, designed by world-renowned New York based architects Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, enjoys an amazing top-floor location with great views over the city and Tivoli Gardens.

The interior design concept devised for the restaurant by OEO Studio is based on the Sticks’n’Sushi brand universe, which reflects a meeting between west and east and draws inspiration from Japan reinterpreted in a modern, European context. The result is a unique spatial experience with many evocative details, bespoke solutions and high-quality materials. A warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with small, whimsical surprises that offer a taste of Japan.
